Tasting Notes
The 2003 Panza Cabernet is medium-bodied with
aromas of black currant and mixed dark fruit. It hits
the palate with a rush of dried herbs and soft elegant
tannins. This is a wine expressing every corner of our
vineyard; a blend of 76 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, 14
percent Merlot, 7 percent Petite Verdot and 3 percent
Syrah.
