Tasting Notes:
The 2003 Quixote Cabernet is an elegant, ruby-hued,
full-bodied wine rich with spice notes and black fruit
tones and hints of earth. It reflects a vintage Stags Leap
effort with its soft mouth-feel and supple texture and has
outstanding length and richness. The wine is a blend of
95 percent Cabernet Sauvignon and 5 percent Merlot;
soft enough to drink now, but with the structure for a
few more years in the bottle.
