2001 Quixote Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep, concentrated color, almost purple and deep concentrated flavors. Complex layers of ripe cherries and spicy peppers andoak, all at the same time. The concentration lingers beautifullyon the palate after taking a sip. Clearly a wine for laying down toage. But the lush concentration wants me to quick - roast a primerib and have a bottle tonight. A real wow wine!
